A one-day leadership summit for the women who lead the employment services sector, followed by a free two-day careers expo connecting Western Sydney women with employers, training and support.
This is a for-purpose event
Western Sydney is one of Australia's largest female workforce catchments: home to women returning to work after years of caring, and to newly arrived and multicultural communities. Women in Work exists to meet them where they are, and to back the women across the sector who support them.

Leadership Summit
More than 100 engaged leaders from across Australia. Speakers tackle the barriers women face entering and returning to work, and the innovations you can take back to your caseloads, before an afternoon of facilitated networking and leadership workshops.
Careers Expo
Hundreds of local women meet employers who are hiring, training providers and support services, plus resume and interview coaching, multicultural and CALD support, and a pram-friendly, welcoming space.
